Each year sees high demand for subsidized spots; we do our very best to help as many families as possible. If you're unable to afford the modified $895 fee, simply follow these steps (fully explained on the SUBSIDY APPLICATION form):

contacting your child

Everyone loves receiving letters, campers away from home most of all. If you'd like to correspond with your child while they are at camp, please address all mail to:

1 - Check off “Level 1- Financial Assistance” on your CAMPER REGISTRATION form.
2 - Complete a SUBSIDY APPLICATION form.
3 - Return forms to:

Patricia Taggart
Camp Registrar
2825 Dumaurier Ave.
Ottawa, ON
K2B 7W3

You must include a copy of your latest year's Federal Income Tax Assessment to receive Financial Assistance. You’ll then be quickly mailed a letter from the Financial Assistance office stating your subsidy amount and explaining your next steps to confirm or follow up request.

Camper fees can be paid by cash, certified cheque, money order, Visa or Mastercard. You can submit post-dated cheques in installments as well.
