Camp Smitty is a non-profit program proud to offer an exceptional camping for all children regardless of financial situation.
We are committed to ensuring that no child misses camp for financial reasons. We offer a simple and fair cost plan that allows us to continue helping as many families as possible benefit from a great camping experience for their child. The three levels are also included on the registration form, where you just check off the level that best applies to you.
|Level 1||Subsidy||Cost $TBD||For families with limited income and/or special circumstances. The cost for this level is determined through a confidential subsidy application form.|
|Level 2||Reduced Rate
||Cost $895||This level is for families who cannot afford the full $1,200. There are no questions asked, no special forms to fill out.|
|Level 3||Full-Fee||Cost $1,200||This level is for families that can afford this amount, or where an agency / sponsor / foundation is covering the full cost on behalf of the camper and/or family.|

Camper Fees can be paid by cash, certified cheque, money order, Visa or Mastercard. You can submit post-dated cheques in installments as well.
For example, a family owing $895 for a child attending Session 1 could pay their $50 deposit then $281.66 on April 4th, $281.66 on May 4th, and $281.68 on June 4th.
Each year sees high demand for subsidized spots; we do our very best to help as many families. Those unable to afford the modified $895 fee simply follow these steps: (Fully explained on the SUBSIDY APPLICATION form)
1 - Check off “Level 1- Financial Assistance” on your CAMPER REGISTRATION form.
2 - Complete a SUBSIDY APPLICATION form.
3 - Return forms to:

(You must include a copy of your latest year's Federal Income Tax Assessment to receive Financial Assistance)
You’ll then be quickly mailed a letter from the Financial Assistance office stating your subsidy amount and explaining your next steps to confirm or follow up request.
